SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: The SOARED web site and data retrieval application were developed using Netscape Navigator 6 at an 800 x 600 resolution on a IBM compatible computer.  

IMPORTANT: This application will not run using any version of Netscape from a Macintosh computer. To run this application from a Mac, you must obtain and use Microsoft's Internet Explorer.
